Are you able to provide me with fixed prices for all your services?

The short answer is No. In our experience, all villas are slightly different as owners develop them to put their own personal mark on them. Building Extensions, Terrace Extensions, Bespoke Pools, etc. all lead to different needs in terms of cleaning and thus price, but we are happy to provide you with a no obligations quote for your villa.

Are you available 24/7, 365 days a year?

We are contactable 24/7, 365 days a year, but as we have families too, we would simply ask that owners and guests consider the importance of the issue they are calling about before calling especially at night. A call at 1am on the last night of a guests stay to ask for a late checkout in a villa is not generally appreciated!

Can I be billed at a certain time of the month, rather than the 1st of every month?

Absolutely, even if you are an existing customer of ours. The 1st of every month is simply the default position if you don't specify or agree another date. If you are an existing customer and want to change, simply speak to us and it will be done.
